Webster Police Department

The Webster Police Department, established in 1928 and fully accredited since 1999, is guided by the philosophy of community policing. A highly trained staff of officers and civilians promotes safety and protects the community.

To facilitate mutual aid, the Monroe County 9-1-1 system dispatches all calls for emergencies and service to uniformed patrol officers who are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Police Department is well-equipped with high-technology tools for efficient and effective delivery of services. It also coordinates with other law enforcement agencies in the region.

Mission Statement: The primary mission for employees of the Webster Police Department is to serve the community of Webster and its people. We are called upon to enforce laws and ordinances passed by the representatives of these same people. The department is committed to service and to maintaining our high standards in response to the community we serve.
