Police Records

Criminal Records:

Records are maintained in accordance with NY States Records Retention and Disposition Schedule (MU-1) as set by the NY State Department of Education Archive and Government Records Services. The Webster Police Department also complies with the NY State Committee on Open Government.

Individuals who were the VICTIM of a crime can request a copy of the report from the Police Department, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 PM. If you need many reports or reports that go back several years, please call ahead.

Accident reports are available in two methods. Any person involved in an accident that is documented by the Webster Police Department may pick up a copy free of charge as long as they come in person to the police department. An alternate method to obtain a copy is by using the Carfax website to download a report. This method requires a convenience fee of $13.
