1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to approve and adopt the updated employee Safety and Health Manual for the Town of Webster.

5.   Resolution to close capital project H0226 Lake Road Pump Station Improvements and to transfer the remaining funds of $171,536.03 back to the Sewer Capital Reserve.

6.  Resolution to approve a Fill Permit for 1139 Five Mile Line Road.

7.  Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an engagement agreement for Town Counsel legal service in 2025, with DeMarco Taylor Attorneys at Law.

8.  Resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise and the Director of Finance to solicit requests for proposal for municipal bond counsel services. 

9.  Resolution to set a public hearing to consider amending the Progressive Development District (PDD) at Ridge Commons issued in December 2019. The Public Hearing will be on December 5th at 7:30PM and will be advertised in the November 20th Webster Herald.

10. Resolution to set a public hearing to establish a Progressive Development District (PDD) at 799 Holt Road (Former Lumberyard site), The Public Hearing will be on November 21st at 7:30pm and will be advertised in the November 13th Webster Herald.

11. Resolution to adopt the 2025 Town of Webster Fee Schedule and the 2025 Webster Parks and Recreation Center Lodge Facility & Field Rates as presented.

12. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with a professional consulting firm, for the purpose of updating the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. (May be tabled to November 21, 2024, depending on results of the Workshop discussion on November 7, 2024).

13. Resolution for a change order on wastewater treatment plant capital project for relocation of Hypo Chlorination system.

14. Resolution to clarify, Resolution #284 of 2024, which approved an addition to the Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District, specifically the Woodard Road Extension in the Town of Webster.
