4. Resolution to revise the Town of Webster Employee Handbook to add the title Parks Director to the Commuter Use Vehicle Chart located on page 500-9.

5. Resolution authorizing a public hearing on September 5, 2024, under Town law section 202-b with respect to certain improvements to the Town of Webster Consolidated Sewer District consisting of the Water Pollution Control Facility Asset Renewal Project and Water Resource Recovery Facility improvements to increase the maximum cost of the project as mentioned within resolution no. 263 of 2023 adopted on July 27, 2023, from $81,500,000 to $87,300,000 and to be published in the August 21, 2024 edition of the Webster Herald.
