Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution for the Webster Town Board to authorize the Bonding of the Receiver of Taxes in the amount of $250,000.

5.    Revision to resolution 194 to increase the amount to be transferred from the Sewer Fund to close out Capital Project H0222 Klem Road and Fawnwood Pump Station Improvements from $53,658.46 to $59,818.46.

6.    Resolution to approve a Fill Permit for 1660 Lake Road.

7.    Resolution authorizing the submission of a CFA grant application for Sandbar Park – Phase ll- Environmental Education Area.

8.    Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application associated with the Chiyoda Drive Extension and Multi-Use Trail.

9.    Resolution to consider a license agreement to allow a fence in Town Sanitary Sewer Easement at 273 Eastham Court, Tax ID # 050.01-2-39.

10.    Resolution to consider a license agreement to allow a fence in a Town Drainage Easement at 533 Deer Haven Drive, Tax ID # 078.07-1-84.

11.    Resolution to set a public hearing for Thursday July 18, 2024, at 7:30PM in the Town Board room on Property Maintenance code change, and advertise it in the Wednesday July 10, 2024 Webster Herald. 

12.    Resolution to move Town Board Workshops from 5:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month to 6:30pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, beginning August 15, 2024.
