4.    Resolution to transfer $22,382.50 from the general fund to close the Dog Kennel Capital Project H0240. Approved

5.    Resolution to rescind Resolution No. 312 of 2025 associated with the Town’s TAP Grant Application. Approved

6. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement for professional surveying and preliminary design services associated with the Town’s TAP Grant Application with Costich Engineering for a total not to exceed $51,000. Approved

8.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the court security contract with Frontline Security and Protection LLC effective January 1, 2026. Approved

10.    Resolution to adopt the 2026 Authorized Positions List as funded by the adopted 2026 budget. Approved

12.    Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a settlement agreement to resolve the matter of Moore v. Town of Webster as recommended by the Town's insurance carrier, Tokio Marine, in the amount of $37,500, including a $25,000 deductible. Approved


13.    Resolution to approve the assets listed on the IT sheet, for deletion. Approved
