Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
4. Resolution to transfer $22,382.50 from the general fund to close the Dog Kennel Capital Project H0240. Approved
5. Resolution to rescind Resolution No. 312 of 2025 associated with the Town’s TAP Grant Application. Approved
6. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement for professional surveying and preliminary design services associated with the Town’s TAP Grant Application with Costich Engineering for a total not to exceed $51,000. Approved
7. Resolution in support of Congressman Nick Langworthy's Energy Choice Act (H.R. 3699, S.1945) and in opposition to New York State's Mandated Natural Gas Ban. Approved
8. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the court security contract with Frontline Security and Protection LLC effective January 1, 2026. Approved
9. Resolution to authorize RNG engineering/design cost to come from current $85 million contract owner allowance/contingency and to have said engineering and design start immediately. Tabled
10. Resolution to adopt the 2026 Authorized Positions List as funded by the adopted 2026 budget. Approved
11. Resolution for the Implementation of the 2026 NYS minimum wage increase and pay compression adjustments. Approved
12. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a settlement agreement to resolve the matter of Moore v. Town of Webster as recommended by the Town's insurance carrier, Tokio Marine, in the amount of $37,500, including a $25,000 deductible. Approved
13. Resolution to approve the assets listed on the IT sheet, for deletion. Approved
14. Resolution to approve the assets listed on the Highway asset forms for recycling, auction or scrapping. Approved
15. Resolution to approve the assets listed on the Police asset forms for recycling. Approved
TABLED ITEM: Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to extend Town Hall, Court Building, Police Department, Parks and Recreation, Highway and Sewer cleaning services provided by Snappie Cleaning Service dba Alliance Cleaning Services for one year, December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026, and sign said contract. Tabled
