LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Webster, County of Monroe, New York on Tuesday October 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Board Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580, to consider the following applications:

TABLED MATTERS: 


1. POLE BARN: Located at 895 County Line Road.

Applicant Joseph Giorgione is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL (PUBLIC HEARING) associated with the construction of a 1,536 SF metal pole barn on a 2.7-acre lot having SBL# 081.01-1-46 located in the LL Large-Lot District under Sections 269-10, 350-13 and 350-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

SCHEDULED MATTERS:


2. DOCK AND BOAT COVER: Located at 237 Inspiration Point Rd.

Applicant Bradley Roehrig is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL (PUBLIC HEARING) and LWRP CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION associated with the construction of a 200 SF steel dock and 384 SF covered boat lift on a 2.03-acre lot having SBL # 078.13-1-9 located in the R-3 Single-Family Residential District under Section 350-12, 350-27, 331-4 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3. PIRANHA RENTS: Located at Five Mile Line Road in Lowe’s Plaza.

Applicant Patrick Young is requesting SKETCH PLAN REVIEW associated with the construction of a 4,600 SF equipment rental store, featuring a 41,700 SF gravel storage yard enclosed by a chain link security fence on a 7.94-acre lot having SBL # 079.10-1-2.1 located in the HC High Intensity Commercial District under Section 269-5, 350-19 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

4. CARE A LOT SIGN: Located at 369 Phillips Road.

Applicant Connor Ewing of Elevated Sign Solutions is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the replacement of existing double panel vinyl graphic façade and monument signs (30 SF façade sign and 21.5 SF monument sign) for the Care A Lot child care facility on a 2.3-acre parcel having SBL # 050.03-2-23.1 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
