Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
4. Resolution to accept the 2024 Town of Webster Agreed Upon Procedures for the Justice Accounts report dated March 24, 2025. Approved
5. Resolution to approve the Innovative Contracting Services (ICS), contract for Phase 1 GIS Services and have the Supervisor sign said contract. Approved
6. Resolution to set a public hearing on May 1, 2025, on potential code changes relating to code enforcement and to be published in the April 16, 2025, edition of the Webster Herald. Approved
7. Resolution to set Public Hearing for May 1, 2025, to do an amendment/corrective action to a PDD set up in 2019 on Ridge Commons and publish said Public Hearing in the Wednesday, April 16, 2025, edition of the Webster Herald. Approved
8. Resolution to approve change order #3 for the Morsch Pipeline, Inc. construction contract in regard to the Phillips to Tebor Road Conveyance Pipe Project (H0237). The change order is to reroute the sewer for Monroe County Water Authority, which is an additional cost of $76,868. Approved
9. Resolution to approve change order #5 for the Morsch Pipeline, Inc. construction contract in regard to the Phillips to Tebor Road Conveyance Pipe Project (H0237). The change order is for ACP removal from section 1 to section 3 near Phillips Road which is an additional cost of $382,503.01. Approved
10. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an engineering and design contract with MRB Group on the Vosburg Pump Station. Approved
