Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to schedule a Public Hearing for June 6, 2024, to consider a local law to change sections 257-165 and 257-166 of the Webster Town Code, and to be published in the May 29, 2024, edition of the Webster Herald.  

5.    Resolution to accept the Audited Basic Financial Statement Report for the year ended 12/31/23.

6.    Resolution to accept the Agreed Upon Procedures Report for the Town Clerk and Receiver of Taxes for the year ended 12/31/23.

7.    Resolution to accept the Agreed Upon Procedures Report for the Justice Accounts for the year ended 12/31/23.

8.    Resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to give public notice of the availability of the Town of Webster’s New York State Annual Financial Report and Audited Financial Statements as filed in the Town Clerk’s Office for the fiscal year ended 12/31/23.  

9.    Resolution to set a public hearing for Thursday June 6, 2024, on the repeal of Town Code Chapter 170: Flood Damage Prevention, in its entirety, to be advertised in the Wednesday May 29, 2024 edition of the Webster Herald. 

10.    Resolution to set a public hearing for Thursday June 6, 2024 on the adoption of Local Law #_ , a proposed new Chapter 170: Flood Damage Prevention, to be advertised in the Wednesday May 29, 2024 edition of the Webster Herald.

11.    Resolution to approve the following items for recycling from the Sewer Department.
