February 29, 2024: The Webster Highway Department is now accepting home delivery orders for mulch and wood chips. Deliveries will take place as soon as weather permits (hopefully early April).
The Highway Department has leaf compost mulch and wood chips. No chip seal stones at this time.
Materials will also be available for pick up at the Orchard Road location again, when weather permits.
Updates on delivery and pick up times will be posted as soon as available.
