TABLED MATTERS:
1. HEGEDORN’S PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT: Located at 964 Ridge Road.
Applicant Matt Tomlinson of Marathon Engineering is requesting FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL associated with the proposed redevelopment of the former Hegedorn’s Supermarket Plaza on a 6.68-acre parcel having SBL # 079.15-1-1.1 located in an HC High Intensity Commercial District under Section 269-11 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
Results: APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
• Ridge Road loading dock not to be used by tractor trailers.
• Applicant to work with Town to identify area / install sidewalks (linear feet equal to road frontage) along Hard Road.
• Monument sign approved on condition of receiving height variance for 10’.
• 1-year meaningful construction
SCHEDULED MATTERS:
1. 780 SALT ROAD MONUMENT SIGN: Located at 780 Salt Road.
Applicant Nate Miller is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the construction of a 20 SF multi-tenant monument sign on a 9.13-acre parcel having SBL# 066.03-1-84.1 located in an IN Industrial District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
Result: APPROVED AS PRESENTED
2. SELF-SERVE PET WASH SIGN: Located at 803-809 Ridge Road.
Applicant Mark Palumbo is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the installation of an 18 SF building mounted façade sign within the Webster Woods Plaza on a 3.54-acre parcel having SBL# 079.18-1-69.111 located in an MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
Result: APPROVED: Sign can be up to 4’ x6’; Applicant to submit revised colors of the sign for Planning Board review prior to sign permit issuance.
3. LOCHNER SUBDIVISION: Located just west of 1854 Lake Road.
Applicant McMahon LaRue Associates is requesting PRELIMINARY/FINAL SITE PLAN & SUBDIVISION APPROVAL (PUBLIC HEARING) associated with the re subdivision of a 21.8-acre parcel into (2) 3-acre lots (to be developed with single family residences) and (1) 15.8-acre lot (to remain undeveloped) having SBL# 037.03-1-36 located in an LL Large Lot Single Family Residential District under Section 269-11 and 296-15 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

4. TALL BIRCH GLEN, PHASE 2: Located near the end of Tall Birch Lane.
Applicant RB Land Co., LLC c/o Steve Philippone is requesting FINAL SITE PLAN AND SUBDIVISION APPROVAL associated with the construction of Phase 2 of a residential subdivision containing 8 lots on a 5.0-acre parcel having SBL# 050.01-1-30.1 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 269-9 and 296-18 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicant Liberty Restaurant Development is requesting SKETCH PLAN REVIEW associated with the construction of a 2,532 SF restaurant with double drive through lanes on a 1.19-acre parcel having SBL# 079.11-1-12.12 located in an HC High Intensity Commercial District under Section 269-5 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

6. BOULTER WAREHOUSE ADDITION: Located at 655 Basket Road.
Applicant Mitchell Design Build is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL (PUBLIC HEARING) associated with the construction of a 50,000 SF warehouse addition on a 25.92-acre parcel having SBL# 066.03-1-7.1 located in an IN Industrial District under Section 269-11 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
