1.   TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE: Located at 1045 Ridge Road. 

Applicant Quattro Development is requesting a use variance to allow the construction of a 1,610 SF oil change facility on a 1.25-acre parcel having SBL# 079.15-1-8.009 located in an MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Section 350-18 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Results:  APPROVED; PROJECT TO PROCEED TO PLANNING BOARD FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW 



2.   RED BARN FARMS: Located at 375 Webster Road. 

Applicant Roger Awe is requesting a special permit to allow the seasonal use of an existing barn as a special events space on a 3.85-acre parcel having SBL# 050.03-1-34.2 located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District under Section 350-103 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

SCHEDULED MATTERS:


1.  G & H AUTO SALES: Located at 1021 Five Mile Line Road.

Applicant DSB Engineers is requesting an area variance to allow a 25’ front buffer area where 50’ is required associated with the construction of a 6-space parking area for display of vehicles for sale on a 0.74-acre parcel having SBL# 079318-1-3 located in an CO Commercial Outdoor Storage District under Section 350-20 of the Code of the Town of Webster.


Results:  APPROVED; PROJECT TO PROCEED TO PLANNING BOARD FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW




ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:


1.  HOT DOG EXPRESS FOOD CART: Located at Charles E. Sexton Park. 

Applicant Alan Castiglione is requesting a letter of recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals to approve the itinerant vendor’s license to allow the operation of a food cart in the parking lot of Charles E. Sexton Park on a 48-acre parcel having SBL # 079.08-1-15 located in an OP Office Park District under Section 234-5D(1)(b) of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Results: LETTER OF FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION TO BE PROVIDED TO TOWN CLERK
